Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Onsite Sales Executive to join our team for a high-potential Plotting Project located near Khed Shivapur, Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate and sales, looking to grow their career with a renowned real estate developer. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell plots to prospective buyers onsite. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Provide information and answer inquiries about the properties and the development. Conduct site visits for potential buyers, showcasing the benefits of the project. Assist in closing sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets. Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate sales or onsite sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and close sales effectively. Knowledge of the Pune real estate market and local area is a plus. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Job Location: Wagajwadi, Near Khed Shivapur, Pune Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 based on experience and performance.
