Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition
and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the
real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
● • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site
visits
● • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site tours
● • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
● • Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads
● • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups
● • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
● • Prepare and present sales reports to management
Qualifications
● • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar field
● • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● • Strong negotiation and closing skills
● • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
● • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
