Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiation & Closing: Finalize deals with win-win solutions for both parties.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated with property trends, pricing, and competitor insights.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support for clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
