Sharing information required for complete Interior solutions to customers
Follow up with the clients for site visits
Handling inbound, outbound calls and cold calling to generate more leads
Following with the leads and assigning the tasks to individual sales team
Following up the leads on daily basis and coordinating with various departments
Answer customer queries received via chat/email and calls in a professional, friendly and accurate manner
Maintaining accurate records
Ensure Excellent customer satisfaction
Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries
Closure assistance to line supervisors
• ANY TECHNICAL DIPLOMA/ GRADUATES
• Excellent verbal communication
• Flexible to work on weekends
• Ability to work in a high demanding sales environment
• Fluent in English - other languages may be an added advantage
