Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred). Ability to meet and exceed targets under pressure. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
