Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing our projects to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients and understand their real estate needs.
2. Showcase our projects and highlight their key features and benefits.
3. Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients.
4. Build relationships with potential clients and provide them with personalized solutions.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Freshers with a degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
3. No prior experience required; training will be provided.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills (training will be provided).
