Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for rice and other commodity trade and export.
  • Generate and manage leads independently through personal networks, trade platforms, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, importers, and distributors across international markets.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close profitable deals.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and international trade regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 510 years of proven experience in rice export or other commodities export/import sales.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Active network or existing relationships with international buyers/importers will be highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with B2B trade platforms (Go4WorldBusiness, Alibaba, etc.).
