Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and engage prospective customers.
• Promote vehicle models and offers to individuals, institutions, and business clients.
• Generate leads through door-to-door marketing, local events, and partnerships.
• Maintain follow-up with potential customers via calls and visits.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance schemes, and offers.
• Arrange and coordinate test drives and demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly field sales targets.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in target areas.
• Coordinate with showroom team for vehicle booking, documentation, and delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2; Degree/Diploma preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in field sales, preferably in automotive or retail sector.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle models and financing options.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Working Conditions:

• Extensive field work with daily customer visits.
• Performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
• Weekly day off with Sunday or festival working based on requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
