Sales Executive - Paint Segment

As a Sales Executive at Opalspace's Painting Services segment, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. With your solid background in paint sales and expertise in various paint applications such as waterproofing, wood coating, and texture painting, you will be responsible for verifying leads, converting them into residential painting projects, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and providing customized paint service solutions. You will also be tasked with educating customers on different painting services available, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals will be essential, along with coordinating closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in paint sales or a related field, coupled with a deep understanding of painting solutions, products, and application techniques. Your excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills will be instrumental in engaging customers and closing deals successfully. Being self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric is crucial, along with the ability to independently handle client meetings and oversee end-to-end sales cycles. Moreover, staying abreast of industry trends, products, and competitors will be important to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead in the market. While experience in the Noida/Delhi NCR market is preferred, a passion for sales and a drive to deliver exceptional service will be key attributes for success in this role.
