Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads through fieldwork, digital channels, and referrals
Handle walk-ins, explain project details, and convert inquiries into bookings
Conduct site visits and follow up with prospects
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, self-driven, and passionate about sales
Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus
Willingness to work on weekends (weekday off)
Freshers who are ambitious and ready to learn are highly encouraged to apply
