We are currently, seeking a talented and innovative Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our tradition of excellence in design and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ needs and present tailored interior solutions, products, or services.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the interior design sector.
• Networking: Attend industry events and collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to generate leads.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and prepare regular reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 0 - 2+ years in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or luxury products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for Interiors: A strong interest in interior design and an understanding of design trends is a plus.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding service.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals confidently and manage client expectations.
