As a Sales Executive On-Site with our company, your role will be dynamic and engaging. Your excellent presentation skills will be crucial as you showcase travel options, address client queries, and drive successful sales conversions. It will be essential for you to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless bookings and stay updated on travel trends to provide valuable market insights. Your performance will be measured against monthly sales targets, and you will be expected to report key performance indicators accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and convert online leads from the website, social media, and digital channels. - Curate and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages. - Present travel options, address client queries, and drive successful sales conversions. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless bookings. - Stay updated on travel trends and provide market insights. - Achieve monthly sales targets and report key performance indicators. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in travel sales (online leads preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office. - Passion for travel and customer-centric sales approach. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
