About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to clients shared by our lead management team via phone or WhatsApp and present our premium collection.
• Provide product details, styling suggestions, and support in making purchase decisions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and our product line.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
• Handle inquiries through phone.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills, Hindi, English & regional language is added advantage
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using smartphones, video calling apps, and basic sales tools.
