Job Title: Sales Executive – Welding Electrodes

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Welding Electrodes and related welding consumables. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, experience in B2B industrial sales, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets for welding electrodes.
• Identify and approach potential customers: fabrication units, workshops, industries, and dealers.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to clients.

2. Dealer & Distributor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and pricing consistency.
• Support dealers in sales growth and resolve any issues.

3. Market Research & Customer Visits

• Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, new products, and market trends.
• Suggest strategies to increase product penetration in assigned territory.

4. Order Management & Coordination

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and follow-ups.

5. After-Sales Support

• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Provide technical support related to welding electrodes (training will be provided if needed).

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Field sales experience (construction, welding products, industrial tools preferred)
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
• Good understanding of welding consumables (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Two-wheeler license preferred

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in industrial product sales
• Experience in welding electrodes or welding consumables is an added advantage
