As a Sales Executive at our company, your role involves identifying and visiting potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell our products/services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and competition. Your key responsibilities include: - Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas. - Promote and sell company products/services to clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. - Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities to the manager. - Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Any stream). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for sales and willingness to work in the field. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus. - Own vehicle and a valid driving license (if required). In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, you will be working in a full-time capacity with benefits such as paid time off. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and a driving license is preferred.
