• Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Initiate contact and build rapport with decision-makers in businesses or residential sectors
• Understand client concerns and tailor security solutions accordingly
• Service Presentation
• Demonstrate the agency’s offerings (e.g., manned guarding, electronic surveillance, executive protection)
• Conduct onsite or virtual presentations and walkthroughs of security systems

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability

Proposal & Documentation

• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
• Communicate client feedback to improve offerings and customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
