Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Field Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service in the field. This role involves visiting clients, promoting products/services, and supporting the sales team to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients to promote and sell company products/services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and sales-related software.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
