Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and promote our prefabricated building solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction materials, infrastructure, or prefab housing, and should be passionate about offering innovative solutions to clients. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (builders, contractors, architects, government bodies, industries, etc.) Explain features, benefits, and technical specifications of prefabricated buildings Create and deliver impactful sales presentations Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and digital channels Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the technical and project teams for execution support 📚 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction/prefab sector) Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel as required Knowledge of prefabricated structures will be an added advantage 💰 Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + incentives Travel allowance Opportunity for career growth in a booming sector Training and development support 📨 How to Apply: Send your resume to info@nakron.in Subject line: Sales Executive – Prefab Buildings OR Call/WhatsApp: 9310230919
