Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls across various regions, including Africa, the US, and Europe.

 Utilize provided leads to convert prospects into patients through effective counseling and communication.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring regular follow-up to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

 Exceptional verbal, oral, and written English proficiency

 A proactive approach to work with a commitment to achieving goals.

 Skilled in patiently conversing with patients, and understanding their needs and concerns.

 Quick learner with persuasive abilities and a goal-oriented mindset

 Strong negotiation and convincing skills to guide patients through decision-making processes.

 Ability to connect with patients personally, ensuring a positive and trusting interaction.

 11:00 PM – 8:00 PM,

Monday – Friday

 Prefer candidates from a Medical background
