We are a growing company in Infra Structure & Solar Power committed to delivering top-quality products/services to our clients. We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our dynamic team and help us expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and meet business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
