Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry.
• Handle client inquiries and provide technical solutions based on product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to meet customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, order closing, and after-sales support.

Requirements

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 13 years of experience in sales/business development (manufacturing/industrial products preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
