Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company offering innovative solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for solar energy solutions.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable proposals.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.

Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Electrical or Electronics background preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or marketing (experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy sectors preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
