Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for solar power systems and solutions.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer needs, and prepare suitable proposals.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and references.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Maintain proper sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Electrical or Electronics background preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or marketing (solar, electrical, or renewable energy sectors preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel within the district for business development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
