Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at our company in Bachupally, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with clients, and driving sales conversions for our interior design and modular kitchen solutions. Your background in Interiors, Real Estate, Banking, or Financial Services will be highly valued as you utilize your customer-centric sales expertise and understanding of high-value products to provide exceptional client servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls and schedule client meetings to encourage visits to our Experience Center. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior or modular solutions. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals effectively. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business. - Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless handovers. - Keep detailed sales records, prepare regular reports, and strive to meet or exceed targets consistently. Qualifications Required: - 15 years of experience in sales roles within Interiors, Real Estate, Banking, or Financial Services. - Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. - Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
