Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and guide them through the jewellery collection.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.

• Provide detailed information about the jewellery including designs, materials, pricing, and care instructions.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

• Maintain the cleanliness and display of jewellery pieces in the showroom.

• Assist in billing and payment processes accurately.

• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Keep records of customer interactions and sales.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Basic knowledge of jewellery products is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Honesty and integrity in handling high-value items.

• Computer knowledge for billing is an added advantage.
