Sales Executive

Urgently looking for Sales Executives for Chandigarh location:

Position: Sales Executive, Building Materials

Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Salary: Salary + Travel Allowance

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits
• Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
• Ensure timely collections and coordinate with the accounts department
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience in the building materials sector (e.g., cement, tiles, paint, steel, adhesives, plywood etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the local construction and infrastructure market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
