The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for converting leads into loyal customers. Responsibilities -Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, artists, distributors, and resellers. -Explain resin products and help customers choose the right option based on their needs. -Convert incoming leads from social media, website, or WhatsApp into sales. -Follow up regularly to nurture relationships and upsell relevant products. -Maintain accurate records in Google-Sheet and share regular updates with the sales manager. -Coordinate with the logistics and customer support team for seamless order fulfillment. Desired Candidate Profile -Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer calling. -Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a bonus). -Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. -Knowledge of resin products or DIY/arts industry is an advantage. -Comfortable using basic computer tools (Google Sheets, CRM software, WhatsApp Web).
