About Us: LuxiGo Tours and Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is a leading travel and tourism company based in Kerala, offering domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, and complete travel solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers to promote travel packages and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain tour plans, and close sales. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve sales strategies. Maintain proper follow-up with leads and record all interactions in CRM tools. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred). Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of travel and tourism (training will be provided).
