Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the logistics industry. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. - Visit industrial sites to comprehend clients' logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their needs. - Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's logistics offerings. - Engage in contract negotiation and secure sales to meet or surpass sales targets. - Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clientele. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client engagements, and contracts in the CRM system. - Regularly update the Sales Manager on sales performance, opportunities, and any management challenges. - Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and clients concurrently in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1 year experience in 3PL and full truck load sales - Proficiency in English preferred You will work full-time during day shifts, with the potential for a yearly bonus.
