Monitor daily system backups and report any discrepancies. Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network devices. Maintain IT asset inventory and update hardware/software status records. Administrative and Coordination Responsibilities: Support in managing the Google Admin Console and Google Workspace tools. Assist in scheduling and troubleshooting virtual meetings on Google Meet, Hangouts, Zoom, etc. Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies, servicing, and repairs. Help in documenting processes using Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms. Provide assistance in the setup of new workstations during onboarding.
