Role Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain course offerings and convert leads into enrollments.
• Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and feedback using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for process improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Prior experience in

  EdTech / telesales / inside sales

  is an advantage.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
