The ideal candidate should have experience in laminates, veneer, modular kitchen, or interior product sales , and must be able to handle field operations independently. Key Responsibilities: Regular visits to dealers, distributors, and project sites Handle inquiries from architects and interior designers Generate new leads and convert them into sales Coordinate with dispatch and accounts for smooth order flow Maintain daily reports and achieve monthly sales targets Eligibility Criteria: 2–4 years of field sales experience (laminates/interior preferred) Strong communication & negotiation skills Must have a two-wheeler for local travel Basic computer or mobile app usage for reporting Salary: As per industry standards + performance-based incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Experience: Laminates & veneer Sales : 2 years (Preferred) Location: Valsad, Gujarat (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
