About Us: Based in Bangalore, Koios Engineering Solutions specializes in the design and manufacturing of Electric Vehicles (EVs) with a focus on customized solutions and prototypes having worked and collaborated with esteemed established companies.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive our growth in both Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets for website and app development, social media marketing, and custom design solutions.
  • Tap into untapped markets and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present customized solutions.
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor for digital services.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Create compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Develop strategic plans to position Koios Studios as a market leader in design, development, and marketing services.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on sales performance and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in B2B sales, preferably in Automotive services or related industries.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with website and app development, custom coding, social media marketing, and branding.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Networking: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in various industries.
