As a Sales Executive at Kheyti, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of greenhouse structures and related agri-products. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with dealers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), agri-retailers, and farmers to expand market reach, boost revenue, gather market insights, ensure timely collections, and nurture strong relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in rural markets and the agricultural sector. This is a full-time position based in Chevella, Telangana, and you will report directly to the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Growth: Lead the sales efforts of greenhouse solutions and allied agri-products by establishing a robust network of agri-retailers and dealers, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. - Dealer, FPO & Agri Retailer Engagement: Engage with and onboard dealers, FPOs, and agri-retailers through customized demonstrations, training sessions, and pricing strategies to expand product reach and drive sales. - Customer Insights: Gather valuable field insights on customer requirements, competitor analysis, and pricing trends to assist internal teams in refining products, strategies, and customer-centric plans. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a self-motivated, target-oriented individual with a strong passion for the agriculture sector. The perfect candidate will possess a deep understanding of rural markets, farming practices, and the dealer-FPO-retailer ecosystem. They should also demonstrate exceptional sales skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to connect with farmers effectively while articulating the value of high-quality agricultural products and solutions. Requirements: - Graduation or Postgraduation in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and dealer management within the agriculture sector. - Previous experience in selling high-value agricultural products/tools. - Strong local network in Chevella, Telangana, with connections to agri-retailers and FPOs. - Proficiency in Telugu and English languages. Desired Skills: - Familiarity with FPOs and agri networks in the specified region is advantageous. - Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and build relationships in rural markets. - Comfortable working independently in target-driven, field-based roles. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
