About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who has experience working with Central Police Canteens (CPC)—now known as Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB).
Candidates with prior experience in Apparel & Bags will be given high preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business across KPKB canteens pan-India.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KPKB store managers and key decision-makers.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and timely order follow-ups in all assigned regions.
• Drive sales of apparels, uniforms, and bags under KBKP-approved product list.
• Coordinate with internal teams for samples, pricing, approvals, and dispatches.
• Track competitor activities, new opportunities, and share market intelligence.
• Meet monthly targets and ensure product compliance as per KPKB guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales & marketing with Central Police Canteens (CPC/KPKB) is mandatory or highly preferred.
• Candidates from Apparel, Bags or Institutional Sales backgrounds will have an added advantage.
• Should have good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and canteen meetings.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable handling B2B / institutional sales.
