About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing financial services team. If you have strong English and Hindi communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to meet you. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain call reports and customer data in CRM.
Provide accurate product information and handle customer queries professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
Required Skills
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided).
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Qualifications
Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome; prior telesales/inside sales experience is a plus.
