Job Title: Sales Coordinator – FMCG (Cleaning & Hygiene Products)

Location: Dakuni, Kolkata (Field Job)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Coordinator to join our FMCG team specializing in cleaning and hygiene products. This is a field sales role where you will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Conduct on-field sales activities, market visits, and client interactions.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and manage data using Excel.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets worth ₹50 crores in FMCG.
• Motivate and guide sales teams to maximize performance.
• Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG sales (preferably handling large-scale targets).
• Field Sales: Must be willing to travel, meet clients, and drive market expansion.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and deliver sales performance.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & sales reporting.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Track Record: Prior experience handling ₹50 crore+ FMCG sales is preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
