Sales Executive - Jewellery Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting customers by understanding their needs and preferences, providing product knowledge and advice, and helping them make informed choices. Additionally, you will be in charge of displaying and showcasing jewellery in an attractive and engaging manner. Your role will also involve maintaining stock levels, restocking displays, and ensuring the proper security of merchandise. Building strong relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and handling administrative duties such as managing stock records and preparing reports are also key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting Customers: Understanding customer needs and preferences, providing product knowledge and advice, and helping them make informed choices. - Product Presentation: Displaying and showcasing jewellery in an attractive and engaging manner. - Inventory Management: Maintaining stock levels, restocking displays, and ensuring proper security of merchandise. - Customer Relationship Building: Building rapport with customers, offering exceptional service, and encouraging repeat business. - Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals. - Administrative Duties: Managing opening and closing stock records, preparing reports, and supporting marketing efforts.
