Product Showcasing:
Present jewellery pieces effectively, highlighting craftsmanship, design, and value.
Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
Sales Transactions: Process billing, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to meet store goals and deliver seamless service.
