Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales to contribute to the companys growth and profitability. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Present, promote, and sell products or services using appropriate sales techniques. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
