Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminium and glass products across various sectors, including construction, real estate, and interior design, across different locations of Maharashtra. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our product offerings, ensuring you can effectively present, demonstrate, and recommend the right products to meet client needs. Negotiation & Closing: Conduct negotiations, present proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to stay competitive in the market. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM software. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, aluminium, or glass industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
