Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through
cold calling, field visits, networking
.
Pitch security and facility services to
residential, corporate, and commercial clients
.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain service offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Track leads, proposals, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Graduate in
Commerce/Management/Marketing
(preferred, not mandatory).
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Ability to build
long-term relationships
with clients.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office/Google Sheets
