Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the team in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Assist in developing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
• Deliver engaging sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in handling sales, cold calls and converting leads into sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Salary & Benefits

• Stipend / Base Salary: ₹4,000 per month
