Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Present company portfolio, design concepts, and service offerings effectively.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers to align project vision with client expectations.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to convert into confirmed projects.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide post-sale support and act as a liaison between clients and project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury/lifestyle products.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, trends, and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software (a plus but not required).
• Existing client base or network in the interior design, real estate, or construction industries.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
