What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to introduce and promote our medical technology products
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Understand client needs through active listening and offer tailored product solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service over the phone
  • Present product benefits clearly and persuasively to inspire interest and trust
  • Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align telesales strategies and achieve targets
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen telecommunication and product knowledge skills
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to seize new sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in telecalling, sales, or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory—your skills and attitude are what matter most
  • Confident and warm communicator with clear diction and a persuasive, friendly phone presence
  • Patient and resilient, capable of handling rejections with grace and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the fast-paced healthcare technology environment
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM and digital communication tools
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and medical technology innovation
