We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling residential properties, specifically villas and flats. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a track record of closing high-value deals.
Generate leads and convert prospects into buyers for villas and flatsConduct site visits and property presentations to potential clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developersNegotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrityMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progressStay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong knowledge of local property market and regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsSelf-motivated with a customer-focused approachProficiency in CRM tools and basic MS OfficePreferred AttributesExperience in selling premium villas and high-end flatsMultilingual abilities (Tamil, English, Hindi preferred)Existing network of real estate contacts and clients
