We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling residential properties, specifically villas and flats. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a track record of closing high-value deals. Generate leads and convert prospects into buyers for villas and flats Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales Strong knowledge of local property market and regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office Preferred Attributes Experience in selling premium villas and high-end flats Multilingual abilities (Tamil, English, Hindi preferred) Existing network of real estate contacts and clients
