Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of channel partners
• Drive business through active partner engagement
• Provide training and support to partners for improved performance
• Build strong market presence and client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (field preferred)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits
• Graduation is mandatory
• Experience in BFSI sector will be an added advantage
