Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and suggest mobile phones, accessories, or gadgets accordingly.
Provide in-depth product knowledge (features, specifications, pricing, warranty, etc.).
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock levels on shelves.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Process billing and ensure accurate entry of sales in POS system.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns efficiently.
Maintain updated knowledge of current and upcoming products and offers.
Assist in inventory checking, stock management, and product tagging.
Report daily sales and customer feedback to the manager.
