Job Description – Sales Executive (Kerala Location)

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kochi / Kollam, Kerala (with initial training in Chennai)
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in retail-based industry
Preferred Candidate: Male candidates from Kerala (Kochi or Kollam region)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities in the Kerala market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to explore new prospects and strengthen client networks.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Provide timely feedback and market insights to the management team.

Training & Posting:

• The selected candidate will undergo two months of training at our Chennai office.
• Upon successful completion, the candidate will be permanently based in our Kerala office.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the retail industry.
• Prior experience with ERP Software / Billing Software will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala for client visits and lead generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,758.85 - ₹30,411.23 per month
